PRESENT CONDITION

Śrī Nāma-brahma śilālipi (rock inscription) is present here. Vīracandra Gosvāmī gave this Nāma-brahma śilālipi to Śrī Dhanañjaya Gopāla’s son Śrī Yadunandana Ṭhākura for preaching love of Godhead. Śrī Yadu Caitanya Ṭhākura’s fourth generation, Śrī Svarūpacāṅda Ṭhākura brought this Nāma-brahma from Śrīpāṭ Jalundi to Begunkodāra of Puruliyā and established the Śrīpāṭ there. Till today, his tenth generation, Śrī Vṛndāvana Ṭhākura Gosvāmī has been worshiping this Nāma-brahma śilālipi in his house.
