Previous Aśrama of Śrīla Keśava Bhāratī, the Sannyāsa-Guru of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu

Khāṭundi is situated in the district of Bardhamān. It is within the subdivision of Kāṭwā. Boarding a bus from Kāṭwā towards Siuḍī or Sāṅithiyā one can get down at Kumārapura-hāṭa stoppage which is located before the stoppage of Jñānadāsa-kāṅdrā. This Śrīpāṭa is located at a distance of two kilometers from there which can be covered by walking or by rickshaw-van.

Khāṭundi village is the previous aśrama of Śrīla Keśava Bhāratī, the Sannyāsa-Guru of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu. Now, the descendants of Keśava Bhāratī are residing here. The Deity of Kṛṣṇarāya is present in this Śrīpāṭa. It is not known who was worshiping this Kṛṣṇarāya Deity. Worship of the Deity is well organized here.
